Both systems require a degree of plumbing and electrical connection and can normally be completed in one day. The hot water heaters are fixed straight to the roof joists and the water pipes are plumbed from there to the existing system. Solar Panels connect via a cable to a controller that powers appliances or feeds into the grid.
